Shipping & Replacement Policy

At The Mean Girl Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, please review our policies regarding delivery and product replacements.

1. Shipping Policy

     ▪️Delivery Locations: We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities like Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad.
     ▪️Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3 business days.
     ▪️Shipping Charges: Flat shipping rates apply unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.
     ▪️Order Verification: For COD orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp (+92 336 5004410) or Phone for order verification. Unverified orders will not be processed.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee if the product you received is:

     ▪️Damaged or defective upon arrival.
     ▪️The wrong size or color compared to your order.
     ▪️Missing essential parts.

Note: We do not offer "Change of Mind" replacements once the order has been opened and used.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

       1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via Email (info@themeangirlsstore.co) or WhatsApp (+92 336 5004410).
       2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect or the wrong item received.
       3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

4. Returns & Refunds

      ▪️Refunds: Since we operate primarily on COD, we offer replacements or store credit instead of cash refunds. In exceptional cases, a bank transfer may be processed at the discretion of management.
      ▪️Return Shipping: In case of a replacement for a faulty product, The Mean Girl will bear the shipping cost. If a return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return courier charges to our Islamabad warehouse.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible. Repeated cancellations or refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in the customer being blacklisted from future orders.
