Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Window:

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible Items:

• Items must be unused, unworn with original tags and packaging.
• Final-sale items (e.g., clearance, custom designs) are non-returnable.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

• By default, we do not issue cash refunds.
• Eligible items can be exchanged for another product or converted into store credit.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases at any time.

Exceptional Refunds:

• In rare or exceptional cases, management may approve a refund via bank transfer.
• Approval is at the sole discretion of management.
