Refund & Returns Policy

At The Mean Girl, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our inventory and our primary Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we follow a strict Refund and Return Policy.

1. No General Refunds

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if the product does not suit your personal preference after purchase. All sales are final once the delivery is accepted and the payment is made.

2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases Only

Refunds are strictly granted in Exceptional Cases only. A refund will only be processed if:

▪️The product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival and a replacement is not available.
▪️The wrong item was shipped, and we are unable to provide the correct item as a replacement.

Important: The final decision to issue a refund rests solely with The Mean Girl Management. A refund will only be initiated if the management deems the case valid after a thorough investigation of the provided evidence (photos/videos).

3. Eligibility for Refund Review

To have your case reviewed for a refund:

▪️You must contact us via WhatsApp (+92 336 5004410) or Email (info@themeangirlsstore.co) within 24 hours of receiving the package.
▪️You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the defect or issue.
▪️The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

4. Refund Process (If Approved)

If the management approves your refund request:

▪️The refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
▪️Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
▪️Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Store Credit Alternative

In most cases where a replacement is not possible, we prefer to offer Store Credit (a discount code of the same value) which you can use for your next purchase at The Mean Girl.
